By confirming an order with Premium Brazil Sugar, buyers agree to the conditions outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Refund & Cancellation Policy – Order Confirmation
An order becomes legally binding only after:
- A Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued
- A Sales Contract is signed
- Payment terms are agreed upon
- The agreed financial instrument (LC, SBLC, or TT) is verified
Before this stage, buyers may cancel without penalty. After confirmation, this Refund & Cancellation Policy applies in full.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy – Order Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Before Production
If production has not yet started and shipping arrangements have not been finalized:
- Buyers may submit a written cancellation request
- Administrative or documentation fees may apply
- Approval is subject to internal review
Cancellation After Production or Shipment Scheduling
Once production begins or cargo space is reserved:
- Cancellation may not be permitted
- Production costs will be deducted
- Contractual penalties may apply
Bulk sugar export involves logistics planning, container booking, and port scheduling. Therefore, late cancellations can cause financial losses.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy – Refund Eligibility
Under this Refund & Cancellation Policy, refunds may be granted only in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Verified billing error
- Proven contractual non-performance
- Mutually agreed contract termination
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
Approved refunds will follow the procedures defined in the Sales Contract.
4. Non-Refundable Situations Under This Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not granted for:
- Market price changes
- Buyer change of decision
- Import license rejection
- Customs clearance issues in destination country
- Delays caused by force majeure
All international trade operations follow standards established by the
International Chamber of Commerce.
5. Quality Claims and Inspection Disputes
If a buyer believes product specifications do not match the contract:
- A formal claim must be submitted within the agreed timeframe
- Independent inspection reports must be provided
- Claims must align with agreed inspection certificates (SGS or equivalent)

Food and Agriculture Organization.
6. Payment Disputes
In the event of a financial dispute:
- Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation
- Banking documentation will be reviewed
- Arbitration may be initiated if necessary

- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
