Payment terms will be specified in the Proforma Invoice and may include:
- LC (Letter of Credit)
- SBLC
- TT (Telegraphic Transfer)

6. Shipping & Delivery

- Customs clearance

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Force majeure events

- Port congestion
- Customs delays
Risk transfer occurs according to the agreed Incoterms stated in the contract.

International Chamber of Commerce.
7. Quality Assurance
We maintain strict quality control procedures. Inspection certificates (SGS or equivalent) may be provided upon request.
All disputes regarding quality must be raised within the timeframe specified in the sales agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Premium Brazil Sugar shall not be liable for:

- Loss of profits
- Delays outside our reasonable control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total contract value of the specific order.
